Refund policy

Returns 
Our policy is 3 working days from receipt of goods. If 3 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned noted below:

If we note leather or faux leather items have been stretched by trying them on the body we will return these items to clients, but they will first be required to pay return shipping: No items can be tried on the body and then returned, except for chokers within the 3 working day period. Gags are none refundable or exchaneable as is all glass, ceramics and limited edition pieces made to order.

All vibrators are exchaneable ONLY if faulty, and for no other reason, over a period of 30 days only. This is with exception to the i-Scream that offers 1 year warrentee (unless this warrentee is void due to negligence of care stated on leaflet.)

We do not accept products back that are intimate or sanitary goods, unless they are faulty vibrators, and only with time limits stipulated above and with proof of purchase. In the case of vibrators that are faulty, these will be exchanged not refunded in accordance with time restrictions stated above.

All shipping back to the supplier must be paid for by the buyer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in addition to the strict guidelines above.

Please do not send your purchase back to manufacturer without email correspondence FIRST as may not be accepted; nor deemed accepted without inspection on receipt to see it meets above criteria.

Any item not in original condition sent, or damaged or missing parts will not be accepted (even if sent back within 3 workding days from receipt of original delivery, unless it is a faulty vibrator which will be replaced only based on above time restricitons.) Moreover, your returns should be in line with above criteria and warranties.

Any item sent without valid tracking number for secure shipping that does not arrive with us cannot be vouched for (if lost in the post) and thus will not be refundable or exchaneable.  

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale / Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded (if unopened), but may be exchanged (if unopened) and only based on the 3 working day return date of all registered postal receipts. This time limit is 30 days in the case of vibrators, unless the vibrator is an i-Scream with 1 year warrentee and only if you do not void this warrentee through negligence. Glass, ceramics and limited editions are except from return or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and only if unopened, but only based on the 3 working day return date of all registered postal receipts. This time limit is 30 days in the case of vibrators unless the vibrator is an i-Scream with 1 year warrentee and only if you do not void this warrentee through negligence. Glass, ceramic & limited editions are exempt from return or exchange.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shirizinn.com. We will supply you a return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


If you are shipping an item back for our inspection after correspondence with us, you MUST use a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee we will receive a returned item otherwise. You should write on your parcel “damaged return garment” or “damaged return novely” in ALL cases if you are returning it from overseas, and always send it tracked, again only with our prior email correspondence about the issue.
